What is Hemp seed oil and why use it?
Hemp seed oil is one of the richest and most balanced sources of the Omega 3, 6 and 9 Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) which help support everyday health and wellbeing. It also contains small amounts of gamma linolenic acid (GLA) and oleic acid, making it very unique as an oil.
Hemp seed oil is made by cold pressing hemp seeds, similar to how olive oil is made by pressing whole olives.
Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) are vital for our health, but our body can’t make its own so we need to get it from the food we eat or from supplements.
