Directions for use:
Adults take 2 vege caps daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take only as directed and in conjunction with a healthy balanced diet. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional. Do not use if seal around cap is removed. Store below 30°C.
