DIRECTIONS
Drop 1 tablet in a cup (approx. 250ml to 300ml) of hot water and allow to effervesce and dissolve. A brief stir will assist dispersion. Enjoy a cup daily in the morning and evening.60 Tablets (a one to two month supply).Recommended Dosage: 1 to 2 tablets daily.
