Shipping & Delivery Information

  • How much is shipping and handling?
    For orders over $100 we offer free shipping nationwide. Orders under this amount will incur a flat $3.99 delivery fee.
  • What courier company do you use?
    NZ Post. Once parcels have been collected from us, you can get in touch with NZ Post directly with all queries relating to your order being delivered.We aim to have orders ready to be collected between 24-48 hours from when your order is placed (please note our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays), during sale periods this timefame can be between 3-5 working days due to higher volumes. Once collected from us by NZ Post we have the following estimates on delivery times
    • North Island - Next working Day
    • South Island - 2-3 Working Days
    • Rural addresses may take an extra 1-3 working days
    • Public holidays - NZ Post does not collect on Public Holidays, there may be some slight delays around these times.
  • Signature required/authority to leave
    We recommend selecting a signature requirement at the checkout, which has a charge of $1.00. If you are not going to be home at the time of delivery, we recommend getting it sent to your workplace.
    If you would like the package to be left, select no signature requirement at checkout and your order will be left on your doorstep or where the courier sees appropriate. If you select no signature requirement then you accept all responsibility if your order is stolen after delivery.
    Please note that if you have an authority to leave registered against your property then the signature requirement will be overridden so your order will be left in the authorised location.
  • Can I change my address?
    If you would like to change your shipping address and your order has not been shipped, please email our team to get this sorted. Please note, if your order has already been collected from us by NZ Post, you will need to get in touch with NZ Post directly to have this redirected.
  • My Package says it has been delivered, but it hasn't.
    It pays to have a look around your property as couriers do leave parcels where they feel safest to do so. If you can’t find it on your property, please reach out to NZ Post and open an investigation with them regarding the delivery of your item. Please see our terms and conditions for parcels that have proven to have been delivered by NZ Post. We recommend all orders require a signature for delivery, if no signature (or an “authority to leave” is listed against your property) is required you accept all responsibility if your order has been stolen after delivery. We cannot send a replacement for your order if it has been shown to be delivered correctly through NZ Post.
  • My package has been stuck at the depot, what do I do/Delayed delivery?
    You can get in touch with NZ Post on 0800 501 501 or by using their Chatbot Koa on the tracking page.
