How much is shipping?
All orders within New Zealand include free shipping. Shipping to Australia is charged at a flat rate of $10
What courier company do we use?
Xplosiv Supplements uses Courierpost within New Zealand and Toll within Australia.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically packed and shipped the next working day. During sale periods please allow an extra 2 working days.
New Zealand Shipping Estimates
Estimates within business days
Auckland & Surrounds: Overnight
North Island: Overnight
South Island: 2 to 3 days
Rural addresses may take an extra 1-3 business days.
Australia Shipping Estimates
International Air 3-7 working days.
Delivery is sent through a freight forwarder and is delivered by toll. Please allow for 1-2 working days for the tracking to be updated after your order is processed. A no signature option is available however we do not recommend it.
Signature required / authority to leave
We recommend selecting a signature requirement at the checkout. If you are not going to be home at the time of delivery, we recommend getting it sent to your work place.
If you want the package to be left, select no signature requirement at checkout and your order will be left on your door step or where the courier sees appropriate. If you select no signature requirement then you accept all responsibility if your order is stolen after delivery, which is why we recommend a signature.
Please note that if you have an authority to leave registered against your property then the signature requirement will be overridden so your order will be left in the authorised location.
At this stage we only ship internationally to Australia.
Damaged Goods/Wrong Product
In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods and require a refund, please contact us with your claim and supply a photo of the damage and include the batch number and expiry date. We will endeavour to either replace the product(s) or provide you with a refund. Claims must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods.
If you receive an item different than what you ordered then please contact us within 7 days, and we will ship out a return label. Once the goods have been returned to us, we will endeavour to ship out the correct item/s.
If your tracking number shows delivered, but you never received the item and you wish to contest the delivery, then please contact us within 7 working days, or you can contact the courier’s delivery. Whilst we will do everything that we can to investigate what has happened with your order we cannot send a replacement if the investigation shows that the delivery was completed correctly. Whilst we hope to hear back from the courier’s regarding the investigation in 1-2 working days, we cannot provide an exact time estimation.
If a product is on unexpectedly on back-order then we will notify you to let you know that an item is on back-order. If the back-ordered delivery estimate is longer than 2 working days then we will contact you to either get your authority to switch the product to an equivalent product, order it in from our supplier, or cancel and refund the order.
PO boxes / Parcel Pods
We reserve the right to reject any order addressed to a PO box or a Parcel Pod. We cannot ship to PO Boxes within Australia
If you have changed your mind after the courier has picked up your order, then you must organise for the return of the products for a refund. The goods must be returned to Xplosiv Supplements within 7 days of receipt of goods in an unused and unopened condition. Unless the goods are faulty, the products will not be refunded or replaced if they are used and or opened.
Oxipay is a third party service, so we can only see if the payment has been accepted or declined. Please contact oxipay directly on 0800 189 236 if you are having an issue.
Please note that items listed on our websites are invitations to treat. Xplosiv Supplements reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at any point. All money will be refunded if the order is cancelled.
