As the product name suggests, EHP Labs have sought to deliver a branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) product that's a little different. It provides for the three BCAAs and combines Alpha HICA to promote protein synthesis and muscle repair. The product also includes a "full spectrum" of B vitamins, taurine, tyrosine and citrulline malate.
This product has been designed to push you to intense levels of training whilst fighting fatigue and speeding up recovery.
Key Benefits
- Increase performance
- Delay fatigue
- Increase protein synthesis
Take a look inside the product

Directions: Consume a scoop (one serving) with 350ml – 450 ml of water shake well and consume.
Took it prior to my workout on an empty stomach and felt pretty satiated afterwards. The pineapple taste was alright but not as good as ON AMIN.O. Energy.
Tried both the paradise fruit & pineapple flavours.....not a big of the taste of both flavours.
Like the reassurance of a BCAA boost to the system more than anything else, the formula's pretty legit though.
Pineapple: 9.8/10. Strawberry Margarita: 9/10. Paradise fruits: 9.5/10. Obviously the taste is amazing whatever flavour you try --strawb kiwi will be my next tub. Personally pineapple was my fave I found the sweet was balanced quite nicely and it had that delish fruju flave. Strawberry is yum but may need a lil more water, paradise fruits was a lil different with pineapple, subtle passion-fruit and like a coconut water taste (vs coconut itself). Formula: solid/10. Has your BCAAs in deece levels, plus the cit malate and electrolytes for hydration which are both bonuses for me. Price seems a bit more but it also has more serves (50) vs your standy 30 serve tub. AT the mo $70 for 50 works out to $1.40 per serve- which is pretty economical in comparison to some (& sports drinks). I rate it 10/10 coz it tastes amazing, has wicked profile and pricewise works for me. I tried 1 tub and have bought another 2 since, and my next tub will also be the same - no need for other aminos here.
I have never seen such powerful effects from a supplement straight off the bat! I was a little bit hesitant because of the price but there's no way I'll be turning back. Being someone who always gets muscle pain the day after which makes me way more hesitant to head back to the gym, I seriously feel zero pain if I use these BCAAs through my workout. It also charges me up significantly but I don't struggle to sleep later on which is awesome. The pineapple flavour is pretty sweet and quite tart which is possibly the only downside - but in saying this EHP labs have the best tasting supplements I have EVER tried, and always mix to perfection where a lot of others leave lumps which taste horrible. FINALLY, I need to commend Xplosiv Supplements on their awesome communication and delivery - ships super fast and just a pleasant company to deal with.
Strawberry kiwi is quite a weird taste to get used to at first, extreme sweetness, kinda of tastes like a mojito haha, but after a few uses it's awesome. I do enjoy this product and I find that it gives me a bit of a boost during training. Price is the only factor I'd consider bad about it, and probably the only reason I'll have to think twice about buying it again! It mixes perfectly and it's overly foamy or grainy either.
Strawberry Kiwi is phenomenal. It tastes amazing. I just can't see why anyone would be a sports drink like Powerade, when they can get this for much cheaper, which tastes amazing and also packs 5g of BCAA to feed those muscles intra workout or straight after. Got given a sample but looking at buying a tub
I am now onto my second tub of EHPLabs BCAA's Kiwi strawberry flavour and these are by far the best tasting supplement of any description I have ever tried. Along with a truly solid formula they are pretty well priced aswell for 50 servings.
Would buy for sure.
Just sample the Ehplabs beyond bcaa's kiwi strawberry flavour and the taste is amazing! 10/10 for taste! The amino dosage is best at 2 scoops and I like the fact that it has electrolytes component in it as well. Overall a good bcaa's supplement
Pineapple: 6/10 Not overly sweet, definitely a pineapple taste but left kind of a chalky / tarte taste at the roof of my mouth
Paradise Fruits: 8/10 I purchased this one due to the inclusion of the coconut as I thought it would be something a little different. I associate coconut with hydration (even though it's in the formula regardless of taste) so gave it a hoon. Again nt very sweet, quite nice, with a nice coconut aftertaste.
Profile: 9/10
For such a large scoop it rocks a fairly decent profile. 5g of BCAA (however the 2:1:1 ratio is a tad out and doesn't quite add up to 5g.. whoops), citrlline malate and a good dose of electrolytes. The product actually gears itself towards intra-workout training to stay hydrated. My workouts are not quite intense enough to warrant this at the moment so am just using pre-workout, or during cardio.
But the real standout for me is the inclusion of HICA which is attributed to increased recovery. 1.5g per workout split into 3 doses is optimal however this is going to get real expensive, real quick given the dosage per serve of being 0.5g.
Overall: 9/10
The price obviously factors into any decision to purchase but at 50 serves per tub the $79.95 price tag doesn't seem so scary. Also the electrolytes and HICA make it a versatile product and worth a shot in my opinion. Was expecting more from the taste but when you get this many goodies into one product you can't be mad.
50 Serves of 5.5g 2:1:1 ratio BCAA for 79$ = great value.
Both Kiwi/strawberry and Pineapple are 100% natural flavours and legit taste like the real fruit.
Amazingly flavoured and with some great recovery additions.
Coconut water,Taurine, electrolytes,Alpha HICA,Citrulline Malate and added B Vitamins.
Amazing taste,SOLID formula,great value.
So this works out about $20.00 more than your average bcaa but you get 20 extra serves.. So pretty decent value for money, as for taste.. So far to date anything EHP Labs has been amazing, I have the Strawberry Kiwi and OMG.. It's so nice, I tried another flavour I think it was the pinapple which also is great.
As for formula..
2.5 Leucine, 1.5 Grams Citrulline malate, B Vitamin complex, Magnesium, Calcium & Electrolytes.. So Pretty solid formula.
Overall 9/10
