Complete Transformation Stack 2025

From @Jbirrelll (Instagram) – Founder of Xplosiv.
My Three Pillars of Success—a simple guide to the main supplements I recommend.

New Year Transformation Stack

Three Core Supplement Pillars

At Xplosiv, we believe that building better health starts with the basics. Our system is built on three core pillars, plus hydration support for complete optimization:

1. Creatine

Brain power, strength, and recovery support

2. Protein

Essential building blocks for muscle and recovery

3. Gut Health

Foundation for nutrient absorption and wellness

+ Hydration

Complete EAA and electrolyte support

Pillar 1: Brain Power, Strength, and Recovery

Creatine is one of the most researched supplements in the world, proven to boost muscle strength, improve recovery, and enhance brain health. It’s not just for athletes—it’s for everyone looking to perform better mentally and physically.

Brain Health & Focus (Claims supported by Rae et al., 2003; Watanabe et al., 2002; McMorris et al., 2007)

  • Sharpened Memory & Faster Thinking – Backed by Rae et al. (2003), creatine boosts memory recall and processing speed during mentally demanding tasks.
  • Better Reaction Time – Supports quick thinking and faster responses under pressure, as shown in studies on cognitive performance improvements [1,2].
  • Reduced Mental Fatigue – Fuels brain cells with energy, helping you stay sharp and focused for longer, even under stress or fatigue [2,3].

Muscle Strength & Recovery (Claims supported by Volek et al., 1999; Rawson & Volek, 2003)

  • Increased Strength Gains in Training – Creatine enhances muscle energy stores and improves power output, helping you lift heavier and train harder [3,4].
  • Faster Muscle Recovery – Supports cell hydration and reduces inflammation, speeding up recovery between workouts [3,4].
  • Reduced Muscle Damage Post-Exercise – Helps protect muscle fibers from oxidative stress and minimizes damage caused by intense training [3,4].

Stack Bonus:

Both options are included in the stack to fit your lifestyle—mix in your smoothie or take on the go.

Pillar 2: Fuel, Build, and Recover

Protein is the foundation for muscle repair, growth, and overall health. Most diets lack adequate protein, leaving gaps in recovery and energy—adding a quality source makes a real difference.

Key Benefits (Claims supported by Phillips, 2004; Tipton & Wolfe, 2004; Morton et al., 2018)

  • Builds Muscle and Boosts Metabolism – Protein provides the building blocks (amino acids) for muscle growth and helps maintain lean muscle mass, which supports a higher metabolism [5,6].
  • Speeds Up Recovery and Stabilizes Energy – Promotes muscle repair after exercise and helps stabilize blood sugar levels, keeping energy steady throughout the day [5,6].
  • Balances Nutrition for Better Performance – Supplies essential amino acids to fuel performance, improve endurance, and maintain muscle strength during training [7].

Six Star Whey Isolate Plus Included in this bundle

  • Smooth, creamy shake
  • Perfect for smoothies
  • Low lactose, fast-absorbing

Pillar 3: Everything Starts with the Gut

Everything starts with the gut. When your gut health is optimized, everything else works better—from nutrient absorption to energy levels and overall wellness.

Key Benefits (Claims supported by Ouwehand et al., 2002; Gill & Prasad, 2008; Marteau et al., 2001)

  • Better Nutrient Absorption from Food and Supplements – Probiotics improve gut health by balancing microflora, helping your body absorb vitamins, minerals, and amino acids more efficiently [8,9].
  • Supports Immune System (70% is in Your Gut) – Around 70% of your immune system resides in your gut, and probiotics enhance the production of immune cells, boosting defense against illness [9,10].
  • Enhances Overall Energy and Wellness – By promoting digestive health and reducing inflammation, probiotics help maintain energy levels and overall well-being [8,10].

Health By Habit Digestion Included in this bundle

  • 60 easy-to-take capsules
  • Take with morning smoothie
  • Supports overall gut health

The Unofficial 4th Pillar: EAA + Hydration

Here’s something most people don’t realize—up to 75% of us are walking around dehydrated without knowing it. And just drinking water isn’t enough.

Understanding Hydration (Claims supported by Sawka et al., 2005; Popkin et al., 2010)

  • Your body is like a plant – Water alone isn’t enough; you need the right nutrients to absorb it.
    • Electrolytes like sodium, potassium, and magnesium help your body retain water and stay hydrated [11,12].
  • When you’re dehydrated (even slightly):
    • You feel tired without reason [11].
    • Get random headaches [12].
    • Your muscles feel weaker [11].
    • You can’t focus properly [12].

EAAs vs. BCAAs (Claims supported by Wolfe, 2017; Devries & Phillips, 2015)

Think of Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) as building blocks your body can’t make on its own—like Lego pieces.

  • BCAAs only give you 3 pieces
  • EAAs give you all 9 pieces you need
  • Your body uses these for:
    • Building and fixing muscles – EAAs stimulate muscle protein synthesis better than BCAAs alone [13,14].
    • Making natural collagen – EAAs provide glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline, which are key precursors for collagen production [14].
    • Supporting recovery – EAAs promote faster muscle repair and reduce post-workout soreness [13].

The Natural Collagen Connection (Claims supported by Stechmiller et al., 2004; Proksch et al., 2014)

Instead of taking collagen supplements, EAAs help your body make its own collagen naturally.

Think of it like this: Rather than buying a pre-built house (collagen supplements), you’re giving your body the tools (amino acids) to build a stronger, better one itself [14,15].

Muscletech Platinum EAA Included in this bundle

  • Complete amino acid profile
  • Advanced hydration formula
  • Natural collagen support

My Morning Smoothie Routine

Here’s the exact smoothie formula I use every morning to kickstart my day. It’s designed to be light, nutritious, and packed with everything your body needs to perform at its best.

Base Protein

Six Star Whey Isolate Plus (included in the stack) or your preferred protein powder.

Creatine (5g daily)

Xplosiv Creatine Monohydrate or Swoleys Sour Green Apple Gummies (both included in the stack).

Strategic Carbs

1 banana + small handful of blueberries (or your choice of fruit).

Healthy Fats + Extra Benefits

1 tbsp peanut butter + Greek yogurt (extra protein and probiotics).

Pro Tip:

Keep the carbs moderate to avoid energy crashes. I use almond milk instead of regular milk to keep it lighter and lactose-free.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are you qualified to give this advice?

Well, in theory, this is just a suggestion based on what I do. It’s up to your own judgment whether you follow it or not. I’ve been using supplements for 16 years, and it’s only this year I’ve fully understood the full advantages of, I guess you could say, biohacking your daily routine.

What can I put in the smoothie?

I recommend keeping the carbs light to ensure it’s enough for energy and to keep you full but not too much to cause a crash. Any fruit is generally fine—I personally use a banana and blueberries. Just use what you have, but don’t overdo it.

Can I use milk in the smoothie?

You can—personally, I avoid lactose, so I use something like almond milk or water.

How do you usually take this?

Upon waking, I’ll have my EAA, which gives me my electrolytes and EAAs. Then, I’ll wait 30–60 minutes before having caffeine, as I’ve found after doing some research that if you wait to wake up before consuming caffeine, it seems to work better. Then, maybe 15–20 minutes after that, I’ll have my smoothie.
