Our bodies ‘make' energy with the foods we consume (carbs, fats, proteins); and converts them to the high-energy compound called ATP (Adenosine triphosphate). ATP is the chemical energy currency that fuels everything we do from our heart beat to bench pressing 315 lbs.

CREATINE & ITS ROLE IN CELLULAR ENERGY
Creatine is a dietary protein-like compound found in meat and fish. Muscle tissue does not produce creatine, and therefore it must take up creatine from the bloodstream. Once inside muscle cells, creatine gets a high-energy phosphate attached to it and is then known as creatine-phosphate (PCr). It is this high-energy molecule that is one of the most critical components of creatine's beneficial effects in the body. Top of the line stuff. The studies behind the formula seem solid, the taste is amazing and no loading phase! Creatine mono is a staple for most, but if you want that little bit extra go with this stuff. You won't regret it.
This stuff is my staple. I have used orange rush flavor and the taste is like orange raro. In terms of recovery its fantastic I can feel a distinct difference when I use it; especially on leg days. Great formula and doesn't require any loading which is a bonus. Would highly recommend adding it as a post workout drink.
I tried the orange mango, I think it tastes pretty good.

Some good additions to standard creatine mono which makes sense. Science based.
Didn't notice much of a difference over standard mono though to justify the price.
First off, the formula is ON POINT! Never have I had such huge gains in such a short period of time and the best recovery I have had from any product.

Been using this stuff for about 3 weeks and I'm now convinced it's the real deal. Flavour is great - a bit like orange raro, add dextrose and it's like raro lollies. Only need to take on training days and it really helps with recovery. Muscles feeling fuller and harder too without any bloat. Can't see myself using plain old mono ever again.
First off taste is 10/10, easily. Easily the best tasting powdered supplement I think I've ever tried.
It does clump up a wee bit when mixing for me but if left for a few minutes in a shaker it will dissolve itself.
Formula is packed with ATP and reovery boosting ingredients. I dont completely understand the whole science behind it but at the heart of everything you have creatine mono which is a guaranteed win.
I changed my program recently and have been focussing on squats. Did I make gains while using this? Yes. Is it attributed to the creatine? Perhaps. Did I ever feel run down or over trained? Yes, because I was putting in the hard work. More muscle = more load = more recovery required, and unfortunately I'm terrible for sitting still and recovering.
Asides from the nagging feeling that straight mono could do the trick at a fraction of the cost, with the inclusion of coq10 which is supplemented by a lot of people externally anyways (including myself) it's 10's all around.
Solid formula, that sweet sweet orange raro taste. Plus you get the extra's like CoQ10, Shilajit and Rhodiola on top of the Calcium and Magnesium. Probably the best creatine I've used to date!

Well, If I ever have felt more full after a workout?!?
I'm not that lean at the moment (hovering around 11%) but this brought vascularity from the depths of my forearms and they were pumped. And this is after the workout was said and done!
I felt very full (after a back train) I also feel a bit more recovered than normal for this time of the night. Nothing else was much different diet / training wise so I have to say it was this. More testing shall ensue!
I was interested to find they say it's a post workout drink when I thought it would be more like a "Size on" or Intra workout.
The flavour? Listen up other supplement companies! There is a new king in town. ANS DO NOT put out a shit flavour. If you don't like the fruit of the flavour you won't like it, otherwise, this is the S***! It's like fresh oranges have been squeezed into your shaker.... and I don't drink OJ, not because I don't like it, but because its not good for me, so that's a blast from the past. I'm thinking CreXcel with Chocolate Isolate for post workout. Jaffa flavour anyone? YEAH!
Formula - I've taken Rhodiola before by itself, It is thought to strengthen the nervous system, fight depression, enhance immunity, elevate the capacity for exercise, enhance memory, aid weight reduction, increase sexual function (not a bad thing there!) and improve energy levels.
More importantly for me as with all the other ANS products, the ingredients are easily readable = fairly clean and effective.
Bring on the gains.
Hmm I've actually been feeling a little bit more full all the time generally in my muscles..
It's weird because you'd say this is a creatine effect generally, but I've been using creatine for ages.. HCI/Mono ect..
maybe it's just due to a better quality version of creatine in CreXcel?
As for taste.. OMG tastes EXACTLY like orange Raro.. But overall this could be one of the best creatine supplements I've used.. Not to mention the added Calcium, Magnesium, Coenzyme Q10, Rhodiola, Shilajit extract b3 ect..
First off the taste is delicious. Like Orange Gatorade but with more intensity. Actually can't wait to stack this with a vanilla protein shake and make an orange creamsicle!
Formula is very unique - not just a creatine promoting more solubility or better absorption...yada yada - everyone's heard that song and dance. But rather a creatine supplement with added ingredients like Kreb's Cycle substrates, CoQ10, Shilajit and Rhodiola - which work in synergy to optimize mitochnodrial health and aerobic energy output.
While Creatine is awesome for anaerobic energy (while lifting), refueling those energy stores and basically all other life functions rely on aerobic energy - which is 95% of all energy we make. CREXCEL addresses that, and it's the only product I've seen do that.
