What It Is

An easy way to add fibre

Fibre, made simple. Fibre is one nutrient a lot of us don't get much of, and topping it up from food alone can take effort. Fibre 4 is a plant-based powder built almost entirely from fibre — around 85% by weight — so one 20g scoop adds 17g of dietary fibre to a glass of water, a smoothie or a bowl of yoghurt.

Soluble plant fibres. The blend is led by chicory root fibre (inulin) and FOS — soluble fibres from plants — alongside sodium alginate from brown seaweed and acacia gum. Because they're soluble, they mix into liquid rather than sitting on top. Lightly sweetened with thaumatin from the katemfe fruit, with under 1.4g of sugar per serve.

How To Use

Scoop, blend, done

  1. Blend one scoop: add one 20g scoop to about 1 cup (250ml) of cold water, a smoothie or yoghurt.
  2. Blend, don't just stir: a few seconds in a bullet-style or electric blender stops it clumping and gives the smoothest mix.
  3. When you like it: Nothing Naughty suggest having it around 30 minutes before a meal — but it works any time of day.
  4. Build up gradually: if you're adding more fibre to your diet, increase slowly and drink plenty of water. Store in a cool, dry place.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How much fibre is in each serve?

17g of dietary fibre per 20g scoop. That's around 85g of fibre per 100g of powder — the powder is mostly fibre. A 750g pack holds about 37 serves. Each serve also has under 1.4g of sugar, 161kJ of energy and 90mg of sodium.

What is Fibre 4 made from?

Mostly soluble plant fibres. The blend is chicory root fibre — inulin (50.5%), dietary fibre (25.3%) and FOS (15.2%), plus sodium alginate from brown seaweed and acacia gum. It also contains Garcinia cambogia extract and natural flavour, and is lightly sweetened with thaumatin from the katemfe fruit.

Is it plant-based or vegan?

Yes — it's plant-based. Every ingredient comes from plants or seaweed, with no animal-derived ingredients, and it's made without gluten-containing ingredients. It is not certified vegan or certified gluten-free, so if you need a formal certification, check the on-pack label or contact Nothing Naughty directly.

Does it contain allergens?

No milk, tree nuts, soy, egg or sesame as ingredients. However, Fibre 4 is packed in a facility that also processes those five allergens, so traces are possible. If you have a severe allergy, please factor that in and always read the label on the pack before use.

How do I mix it without clumps?

Blend it, don't hand-stir. Add one 20g scoop to about 250ml of cold water, a smoothie or yoghurt and blitz for a few seconds in a bullet-style or electric blender. Soluble fibres can clump if stirred by hand, so a quick blend gives a much smoother result.

When's the best time to take it?

Whenever suits your day. Nothing Naughty suggest having Fibre 4 about 30 minutes before a meal, but there's no wrong time — many people add a scoop to a morning smoothie or yoghurt. If you're new to extra fibre, build up gradually and drink plenty of water alongside it.

How do shipping and returns work?

Standard Xplosiv terms apply. See the shipping and returns links in the site footer for current rates, delivery timeframes and conditions. If your pack arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Xplosiv support and the team will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

A food, not a medicine. Best enjoyed as part of a varied, balanced diet — not a substitute for one. If you're adding extra fibre to your diet, build up gradually and drink plenty of water. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding or have a medical condition, check with your healthcare professional before making big changes to your fibre intake.

Allergen: contains no milk, tree nuts, soy, egg or sesame as ingredients, but is packed in a facility that also processes milk, tree nuts, soy, egg and sesame. Always read the label on the pack before use.
