Nutra-Life Cleanse is formulated with Psyllium husk, to assist in the bulking of the stool, to help maintain bowel regularity and healthy bowel motions*. Psyllium husk is also traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as a demulcent to soothe irritated mucous membranes of the gastrointestinal tract. This formula also contains Magnesium, which helps the body to metabolise carbohydrates and fats.
Nutra-Life Cleanse is a great tasting, naturally sweetened, vanilla and blackcurrant flavoured powder.
Taken when required Nutra-Life Cleanse:
- Provides Psyllium husk, a bulk producing laxative for the maintenance of regularity*
- Contains magnesium, which helps the body to metabolise carbohydrates and fats

DOSAGE
ADULT DOSE: Take 1-3 serves in the evening after a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
To make 1 serve, mix 1 level scoop (5g) with 150mL of water, stir immediately and consume. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Drink plenty of water.
For a 10 day Detox programme (together with the Nutra-life Detox capsules):
Adults: Take 1 Detox capsule three times daily with meals. Take 1 serve of Cleanse powder in the evening by mixing 3 level scoops (15g) with 450mL of water, stir immediately and consumer. Cleanse powder should be taken at least 2 hours apart from the Detox capsule.
Each 5 grams serve provides
- Pectin 350mg
- Flaxseed (Linseed powder) 650mg
- Psyllium husk powder 1g
- Magnesium (as gluconate) 120mg
- Inulin 500mg
