FEATURES
Nutra-Life® Super B Plus contains an active form of Vitamin B6 plus, Vitamin B12, Folic acid, Biotin, Taurine and Choline. Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin which acts as a coenzyme and is involved in fatty acid synthesis. This B-complex formula helps support energy levels; supports nervous system health and function to help support a healthy stress response in the body; and supports heart health.
DOSAGE
Recommended Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
