Are you ready for pumps like none you’ve experienced before? FLOOD is our hottest new stim-free pump complex to take your workouts to the next level.
Stim-free pumps. Zero caffeine.
The pump, without the stimulants. Xplosiv Flood is a stimulant-free pump pre-workout made by Xplosiv in New Zealand, built around 3g of L-citrulline, 1.5g of GlycerSize glycerol and 500mg of Nitrosigine per scoop — with zero caffeine. Run it solo for clean, jitter-free training, or layer it over your usual pre-workout for extra blood flow and focus. Every dose is printed on the label, in two flavours: Blizzard Blue Lemonade and Invasion Strawberry Lime.
- 3g of L-citrulline per scoop — a nitric-oxide precursor that supports blood flow to your working muscles during training, for fuller pumps [1].
- GlycerSize glycerol + Nitrosigine — 1.5g of GlycerSize and 500mg of Nitrosigine help pull water into muscle and support a sustained pump through your session.
- Zero caffeine, completely stim-free — train late, stack it over your favourite pre-workout, or use it solo with no jitters and no crash.
- Focus and endurance support — 500mg L-tyrosine plus N-acetyl L-tyrosine for training focus, with 1g taurine and 1.2g beta-alanine in the mix.
- Every dose printed, no proprietary blends — the full ingredient panel is on the label so you can see exactly what you're taking.
Why it works
Most pre-workouts lean on caffeine. That's fine for an early session, but it rules out training at night, it stacks badly with the coffee you've already had, and the crash afterwards isn't fun. Flood takes a different route: it skips stimulants entirely and focuses on blood flow, hydration and focus.
The pump comes from the nitric-oxide and hydration actives. L-citrulline (3g per scoop) is a precursor your body converts to nitric oxide, which supports blood flow to the muscles you're working [1]. Nitrosigine (arginine silicate inositol, 500mg) and agmatine sulphate (500mg) sit alongside it to support that same blood-flow pathway, while GlycerSize glycerol (1.5g) and taurine (1g) help draw water into muscle tissue for a fuller, longer-lasting pump.
Focus and output, no stimulant load. L-tyrosine (500mg) and N-acetyl L-tyrosine (125mg) are precursors involved in the brain chemistry behind training focus, while beta-alanine (1.2g) contributes toward the muscle carnosine that helps buffer acid during hard sets [2], and creatine hydrochloride (750mg) adds to your daily creatine intake. Three B-vitamins (B3, B6 and B12) round it out and contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
The result is a pump and focus product you can use at any hour, on its own or on top of whatever pre-workout you already run.

Run 1 or 2 scoops. Doses above are per single scoop (13.5g). At two scoops (27g) every figure doubles — 6g L-citrulline, 3g GlycerSize, 2.4g beta-alanine, and so on. Plus 12.5mg Vitamin B3, 12.5mg Vitamin B6 and 25mcg Vitamin B12 per scoop. See the Nutritional Information tab for the full panel, ingredient list and allergen statement.
How to use
- Mix it. Add 1 scoop (13.5g) or 2 scoops (27g) to 400ml of cold water and shake.
- Time it. Drink 15 minutes before training, or sip it through your session.
- Start with one scoop. Assess how you go on a single scoop first, then move to two if you want a bigger dose.
- Don't overdo it. Do not exceed 2 servings (2 scoops) per day.

No reviews yet — here's our promise
Flood is a newer addition to the Xplosiv range, so it hasn't gathered customer reviews yet — and we'd rather say that straight than dress the page up with quotes that don't exist.
What we can tell you: every active and its dose is printed on the label, there are no hidden proprietary blends, and the formula draws on a decade of making pre-workouts for Kiwi lifters. If something isn't right with your order, get in touch with our team.
Stack with
Because Flood is stim-free, lifters often run it on top of a caffeinated pre-workout for energy plus extra pump and focus — just watch your total caffeine from the other product. Pair it with a full-dose creatine monohydrate for ongoing strength support, and a quality protein to cover recovery after the session.
FAQ
Does Flood contain caffeine?
No. Flood is completely stimulant-free with zero caffeine. That means you can take it for a late session without wrecking your sleep, or stack it on top of a caffeinated pre-workout for extra pump and focus. Used on its own, there's no jittery edge and no post-workout crash.
How does Flood support muscle pumps?
A "pump" is the temporary fullness you get when more blood flows to the muscles you're training. Flood supports this with 3g of L-citrulline, 500mg of Nitrosigine and 500mg of agmatine per scoop (nitric-oxide pathway), plus 1.5g of GlycerSize glycerol and 1g of taurine that help draw water into muscle.
How many scoops should I take, and when?
Mix 1 scoop (13.5g) or 2 scoops (27g) with 400ml of cold water and take it about 15 minutes before training, or sip it during your session. Start on a single scoop to see how you feel, then move up to two. Do not exceed 2 servings per day.
Why do I feel a tingle after taking it?
That tingling is paraesthesia, a harmless and well-known side effect of beta-alanine, one of the ingredients in Flood. It's temporary, usually felt in the face, neck or hands, and fades within an hour. If you find it uncomfortable, start with a single scoop or take it with food.
Can I stack Flood with my usual pre-workout?
Yes — that's one of the main reasons it's stim-free. Flood adds blood flow, hydration and focus actives without piling on more caffeine, so it layers cleanly over a stim pre-workout. Just keep an eye on the total caffeine coming from your other product and any coffee.
What's the difference between Blizzard and Invasion?
The active formula is the same in both — the difference is flavour. Blizzard is a Blue Lemonade flavour and Invasion is Strawberry Lime. The flavour system and colour differ between the two, so check the on-pack ingredient list for the exact flavour you choose.
Does Flood contain any allergens?
Flood is manufactured on equipment that also produces products containing milk, soy and egg, so traces may be present. It isn't suitable for anyone with a severe allergy to those. The full ingredient list and allergen statement are on the Nutritional Information tab and on the pack.
