Had a couple of samples of the orange flavour glycofuse which I used prior to training in the morning. Product could just as easily and effectively be used intra or post workout. Like VPX Carbonx this product has a very fast gastric clearance meaning the carbs are sent to where they need to be faster than with more traditional carb sources. Tastes very good and easy to drink.
