Three staples. One training stack.
Everyday creatine, a stimulant-free pump to try on training days, and a MuscleTech daily capsule — bundled together and priced to clear.
What's in the stack
- Full 5 g creatine dose — Pack Nutrition Elementals is 100% creatine monohydrate, 5 g per scoop, 30 servings, no fillers or added ingredients.
- Stimulant-free pump sachets — three single-serve Rabid Pump sachets (glycerol + Selaginella extract), so you can try a caffeine-free pump formula before committing to a tub.
- A MuscleTech daily capsule — a full bottle of Test HD Elite is included; see the note below for what we do and don't claim about it.
- Bundled and priced to clear — three products in one order at a clearance price (see the best-before note below).
Why it works
Creatine is the substantiated part. Creatine monohydrate is one of the most-studied sports-nutrition ingredients there is. At 5 g per scoop, Elementals delivers the daily dose used in resistance-training research to support strength, power output and lean muscle mass over consistent training [1].
The pump sachets are stimulant-free. Each 10 g Rabid Pump sachet carries 9.8 g of glycerol plus 200 mg of Selaginella extract (standardised to 10% amentoflavone). Glycerol helps draw water into muscle tissue, which is the mechanism behind that fuller "pumped" feeling during a session — with no caffeine or other stimulants.
Every dose is printed. There are no proprietary blends here. The creatine panel shows 5 g and nothing else; the pump panel shows its glycerol and Selaginella amounts in full. What you read is what's in the scoop.

How to use the stack
- Creatine, daily — mix 1 scoop (5 g) into water, juice or your shake once a day. Timing doesn't matter much; consistency does. No loading phase is needed.
- Rabid Pump, on training days — mix one sachet into water before your session. If you're new to glycerol, start with half a sachet to see how you feel, then build up.
- Test HD Elite — take strictly as directed on its own bottle. Don't exceed the label's stated dose.
- Stay hydrated — glycerol pulls water into the muscle, so drink plenty of water across the day, especially around training.

FAQ
Is this a testosterone booster?
No. We make no testosterone or hormone claims about this stack or the Test HD Elite capsules included in it. The only substantiated, ingredient-level benefit we describe here is creatine's support for strength and power. Test HD Elite is included as a daily capsule; follow its own label for directions.
What's the best-before date, and is that a problem?
The MuscleTech Test HD Elite in this stack is best before July 2026, which is why the bundle is priced to clear. It's within date and fine to use up to then. The creatine and Rabid Pump sachets carry their own, longer best-before dates printed on their packaging.
Does the pump formula contain caffeine?
No. Rabid Pump is stimulant-free. Each sachet is built around glycerol (9.8 g) and Selaginella extract (200 mg), with no caffeine or other stimulants, so it won't affect your sleep or stack on top of a pre-workout's caffeine.
How do I take the creatine — do I need to load?
No loading phase is required. Take one 5 g scoop a day, every day, mixed into any drink. Creatine works by building up in the muscle over a few weeks of consistent daily use, so the habit matters more than the timing.
Can I take all three products together?
The creatine and the stimulant-free Rabid Pump are commonly used together around training. Take the Test HD Elite capsules strictly as directed on their own label. If you take medication or have a health condition, check with your doctor before starting any new supplement.
How many pump sachets are in the stack?
Three single-serve Rabid Pump sachets are included — enough to try the stimulant-free pump formula across three training sessions before deciding whether you want a full tub.
