Six protein sources plus creatine, in one post-workout scoop
Not just another whey. Athletech Pro 6 Whey 2lb is a New Zealand-made post-workout protein that blends six protein sources with 3g of creatine monohydrate in every 43g serve. It's HASTA batch-tested against the WADA prohibited list, and the full amino-acid profile is printed on the label — no proprietary blends.
- Six protein sources in one scoop — whey concentrate, whey isolate, whole-milk protein, pea, pumpkin seed and sunflower seed protein
- 3g creatine monohydrate per serve — built in, so you get protein and creatine together
- ~21.5–22.1g protein and ~15g essential amino acids per 43g serve (varies slightly by flavour)
- HASTA batch-tested — screened against 250+ substances on the WADA prohibited list
- Made in NZ, GMP-certified, full amino profile shown — our stance against amino spiking
Why a six-source blend
A single whey gives you one release curve. Whey on its own is digested quickly — handy straight after training, but it tends to arrive as one fast peak and then fall away. Pro 6 is built to widen that window.
Pro 6 layers faster and slower proteins. Whey isolate and concentrate digest faster, while whole-milk protein (which contains casein fractions) and the plant proteins — pea, pumpkin seed and sunflower seed — digest more gradually, so amino acids are supplied over a longer period rather than in a single spike.
Creatine is already in the scoop. Each serve delivers 3,000mg (3g) of creatine monohydrate, which helps support the muscle phosphocreatine stores your body draws on to regenerate ATP during short, intense efforts [1] — one less tub to buy and remember.
Total protein still does the heavy lifting. Your total daily protein intake is the main driver for muscle goals; the multi-source design is about broader amino-acid coverage and a steadier release. The release profile reflects general protein-digestion research, not a clinical study of this specific product.

How to use
- Mix one scoop (43g) with 300–400ml of cold water or milk and shake.
- Best after training — it also works between meals or before bed for a steadier amino supply.
- Use daily as part of your overall protein target; one 2lb bag is about 21 serves.
Is it for you?
Built for
- Lifters and athletes who want a multi-source protein with creatine in one scoop
- Anyone who'd rather not buy and dose protein and creatine separately
- People who find a single whey heavy and want a broader amino profile
- Tested athletes who need a HASTA batch-tested protein
Not for
- Anyone allergic to milk or soy (this product contains both)
- Anyone under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, unless advised by a healthcare professional
- Anyone who wants a creatine-free protein
Stack with
Creatine is already covered. Pro 6 carries your creatine, so most people pair it with an intra-workout EAA or electrolyte for longer sessions, and keep a plain whey isolate on hand for a lower-carb option during a cut. A digestive-enzyme blend is built in to support comfortable digestion of a milk-protein shake.
FAQ
What is Athletech Pro 6 Whey?
Athletech Pro 6 Whey is a New Zealand-made post-workout protein powder that blends six protein sources — whey concentrate, whey isolate, whole-milk protein, pea, pumpkin seed and sunflower seed protein — with 3g of creatine monohydrate per 43g serve. It's HASTA batch-tested and made in a GMP-certified facility.
Why a six-source protein blend instead of plain whey?
Different proteins digest at different speeds. Pairing faster whey with slower whole-milk and plant proteins supplies amino acids over a longer window and broadens the amino-acid profile. Your total daily protein intake is still the main factor for muscle goals — the blend is about coverage and a steadier release.
How much creatine is in each serve?
Each 43g serve contains 3,000mg (3g) of creatine monohydrate — the same daily amount commonly used to support muscle creatine stores, which help regenerate ATP for short, high-intensity efforts. Because it's already in the powder, you don't need to add a separate creatine.
What does HASTA certification mean?
HASTA (Human and Supplement Testing Australia) batch-tests the product against substances on the WADA prohibited list — over 250 of them. It gives tested and competitive athletes added confidence that a screened batch does not contain those banned substances. Ask for the current batch certificate.
Does it contain allergens?
Yes — Pro 6 contains milk and soy, and it's made on equipment that also handles other products. It is not suitable if you are allergic to milk or soy. Each serve also includes pea, pumpkin seed and sunflower seed proteins as part of the six-source blend.
How many serves are in the 2lb bag?
The 2lb (907g) bag holds about 21 serves at one 43g scoop per serve. If you train most days and use a scoop daily, that's roughly three weeks. The larger 5lb bag is also available if you go through protein faster and want a lower cost per serve.
Are the Chocolate and Vanilla numbers the same?
They're close but not identical. Chocolate provides about 21.5g protein and 14.7g essential amino acids per serve; Vanilla provides about 22.1g protein and 15.8g. Creatine is 3g in both. The full panel for each flavour is on the Supplement Facts tab.
When should I take it?
It's ideal straight after training to supply protein and creatine during recovery. It also works well between meals or before bed, where the slower-digesting proteins help provide a steadier stream of amino acids. Use it daily as part of your overall protein target.
