Recommended Use:
60 minutes prior to a training session (in water) to deliver circulating amino acids to working muscle. Have another serving immediately afterwards (within 30 minutes and preferably in milk, or a low acid fruit juice or sports drink) to flood the recovery pathways and ignite muscle rebuilding.
Directions:
Add 36g to 200-250ml of water, non-fat milk or fruit juice and mix in a blender or shaker. You can also add Horleys Ice Whey to other foods like cereal, fruit or yoghurt to increase protein content.
