What each ingredient is

What the citrulline is designed to do. L-citrulline is an amino acid found in food and made by the body. Citrulline is used rather than arginine itself for a practical reason: most oral arginine is broken down in the gut and liver before it reaches the bloodstream, and citrulline is not, so it is the more efficient way in. Straight talk on the citrulline amount. Two servings a day is 2 g. How to use

1. One serving is 2 capsules — swallow them with a full glass of water.
2. Twice a day — the label directs one serving twice daily, so most people take one in the morning and one later in the day.
3. Put one of them near a session — arginine in the blood peaks roughly two hours after an oral citrulline dose, so if one of your two daily servings is going to line up with training, that is the one to plan around.
4. Stay under the daily maximum — do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period.
