A 200:1 extract means 200 kg of raw root was concentrated down to 1 kg of extract. So 5 mg of that extract is made from — and is declared as equivalent to — 1000 mg of the raw root (5 × 200 = 1000). The extract weight in each serve is 5 mg. The 1000 mg is the root-equivalent figure, not the amount of extract in the gummy. We print both because they're not interchangeable.
