Yes, all tea types have a small amount of natural caffeine content. Green Tea X50 only contains 75mg of caffeine, which is about the same as ½ a cup of coffee.

Does GreenTeaX50 contain sugar? 
Green Tea X50 uses xylitol, a diabetic friendly sweetener which is naturally derived from the bark of the birch tree as its main sweetener. Xylitol is also beneficial for dental health. We also use a minimal amount of sucralose because it is a no-calorie sweetener, does not promote dental cavities, is safe for consumption by diabetics and does not affect insulin levels.
