EHP Labs OxyWhey Lean Protein is a three-source whey protein blend from EHP Labs (Australia), sold in New Zealand by Xplosiv. Each serve delivers 24g of protein from 70% whey protein isolate, 20% whey concentrate and 10% micellar casein, plus 5.3g of BCAAs including 2.5g of leucine. It is low in carbohydrates and fat, gluten free, and includes the digestive enzyme ProHydrolase. Sold as a 75-serve tub in three flavours.
24g Of Lean Whey Protein Per Serve
A three-stage whey blend — isolate, concentrate and micellar casein — built for everyday protein intake and muscle recovery.
What “Lean” means here. “Lean” refers to the formula — it is low in carbohydrates and fat — not to a weight-loss outcome. OxyWhey is a protein supplement to help meet your daily protein intake; it is not a fat burner or a weight-management product.
What you get per serve
Why it works
A blend, not a single protein. OxyWhey combines three dairy proteins that digest at different speeds: whey isolate (a highly filtered, fast-digesting protein that is at least 90% protein by weight), whey concentrate (slightly slower), and micellar casein (the slowest). Together they provide amino acids to your muscles over a longer window than a single fast protein on its own.
Built around leucine. Each serve carries 5.3g of BCAAs, of which 2.5g is leucine — the amino acid research links most closely to supporting muscle protein synthesis, the process behind recovery and repair after resistance training [1]. This is general structure-and-function support, not a medical claim.
Made with ProHydrolase. OxyWhey includes ProHydrolase, a patented digestive enzyme blend, added to support the breakdown of protein during digestion so the amino acids are available for absorption.

How to use
- Mix one scoop. Add one serving (one scoop) to about 500ml of water or milk and shake until combined.
- Time it to suit you. OxyWhey can be used in the morning, before training (about an hour out), or after training to support recovery.
- Use to top up your protein. Fit one or more serves around your day as part of a balanced diet to help meet your daily protein target.

Frequently asked questions
Is OxyWhey a fat burner or weight-loss product?
No. OxyWhey is a whey protein blend. The word “Lean” refers to the formula being low in carbohydrates and fat, not to any weight-loss outcome. Like any protein powder it is a way to help meet your daily protein intake alongside a balanced diet and training — it is not a fat burner.
How much protein is in each serve?
Each serve provides 24g of protein from a blend of 70% whey protein isolate, 20% whey protein concentrate and 10% micellar casein. It also delivers 5.3g of naturally occurring BCAAs, of which 2.5g is leucine. The tub holds 75 serves.
What is the difference between the three proteins?
Whey protein isolate is the most filtered and fastest-digesting (at least 90% protein by weight). Whey protein concentrate digests slightly slower. Micellar casein is the slowest-digesting. Blending all three provides amino acids over a longer window than a single fast protein alone.
Does OxyWhey contain allergens?
Yes. OxyWhey is made from dairy proteins, so it contains milk and is not suitable for anyone with a milk or dairy allergy, or for vegans. It is gluten free. Always read the full allergen statement on the pack before use if you have a severe allergy.
When is the best time to take it?
There is no single right time. Many people use OxyWhey in the morning, about an hour before training, or straight after training to support recovery. You can also use a serve at any point in the day to help reach your protein target as part of a balanced diet.
What does ProHydrolase do?
ProHydrolase is a patented digestive enzyme blend included in the formula. It is added to support the breakdown of protein during digestion, so the amino acids in OxyWhey are made available for absorption. It is a digestion-support ingredient, not a medicine.
What flavours are available?
OxyWhey Lean Protein comes in three flavours: Vanilla Ice Cream, Chocolate and Strawberry Milkshake. Each tub contains 75 serves. Select an available flavour on this page to see its price and add it to your cart.
