Is the 180-tablet formula the same as the 90-tablet one?
Yes — both bottles hold the same tablet. The serving size is 3 tablets on both, and every per-serve amount on the Supplement Facts panel is identical. The only thing that changes is how many tablets are in the bottle, and therefore servings per container: 30 versus 60.
Which bottle size should I buy?
It depends whether you have taken it before. If you have never taken this formula, the 90-tablet bottle is a one-month trial and the smaller commitment. Does MuscleTech Platinum Multivitamin contain caffeine?
Caffeine is not an added ingredient. The Herbal Matrix contains 390 mg of green tea leaf extract and 5 mg of green coffee bean extract per serve, and extracts of that type can carry naturally occurring caffeine that the label does not quantify. If you are caffeine sensitive, take that into account.
What are the four support matrices?
Amino, herbal, mineral and enzyme. Amino Support Matrix 865 mg, Herbal Matrix 536 mg, Mineral Support Complex 119 mg and Enzyme Complex 50 mg, per three-tablet serve. Each one prints a total and then lists every component beneath it with its own amount, so none of the four is a proprietary blend.
Are there allergens in it?
Yes — sulfite and soy ingredients, as declared on the label. Other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, a coating of polyvinyl alcohol, talc, polyethylene glycol and polysorbate 80, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
