Fantastic product!! I have tried the watermellon and juicy strawaberry..would buy both flavours again!! I got onto this product because I was drinking 1-3 energy drinks a day for the past 5+ years which I decided enough was enough!! After a month of been on amino energy (with caffine in it) and NO energy drinks I have not thought about energy drinks at all!!! Big improvement for my health!!! Wish I learnt about this product alot sooner!!
Had the Pineapple and it was yummy and it smells good as well. Didn't feel much of an energy spike when I took it halfway through my workout. It was more like a yummy low calories soft drink.
Tried Blue raspberry flavor, was not too sweet like some aminos are. Gives a good wee buzz as well.
I've had both the blue raspberry and fruit punch flavours, great for those people who don't like amino products that are too sweet. Definitely gives you a boost during and before the gym. Two scoops or more is insane haha. Had to stop taking it after a month or so as I felt as if my body built up a tolerance to the caffeine. If you're a regular coffee drinker I wouldn't suggest this as I don't think It'll help you much. Other than that, mixes well, good taste.
i like this product, it gives you a nice boost of energy without being over powering. the stats on it are okay, there are better around though. price wise its a little pricey but you get what you pay for. taste is really good, i love the grape flavor. i recommend this for someone who needs a pick me up throughout the day.
Love this product especially grape,gives you nice alternative to coffee,adds some zing to water and better yet getting,all you aminos u need!!!! Less than 10 cals per serve too!!!
This is one of those really effective supplements that falls through the cracks in amongst the sea of high stim pre/intra work out supplements.
I used the orange flavour, tasted like berrocca, has a good blend of branch chain and essential aminos to boost nitric oxide production to build muscle, which is where I feel some PWOs are lacking,and for the energy part there is a bit of beta alanine, green tea and caffeine. Nice clean energy, nothing over the top chemically, just good a mix of ingredients that delivers on its promises. Ideal for someone who has a low tolerance to stimulant type pre workout formulas.
Got a free mini 10 serve of the orange flavoured one. Mixed well but gosh the flavour was intense and overly sweet. Taste is similar to cordial sachet under mixed. Didnt have enough to judge the effectiveness of the product
Got a few months ago for the first time, got the grape flavour. Tasted great, mixed really well something i actually enjoyed drinking. Used it before a gym session as a pre workout, before a shred on the bike as a energy and focus boost to get the most out of the session and every now and then during the day for a boost without the sugur content to keep away from canned energy drinks. Been hooked ever since the first drop, great boost to both energy and focus. Great product by Optimum.
Used the product during my exam period about a month ago. Got the grape flavor and must say it really hits the spot. Have used it both pre and post workout and i find it just gives me that little bit of focus and energy to crack out that last rep or even to stay on my books for 5 more minutes when I study. I really believe that this product can be used at almost anytime during the day and doesnt have to limited to just hitting the gym. Mixes really easily and is a much better alternative to and energy drink as the energy you get from this product is slow an sustained, not leaving you crashing like so many other products on the market. Another quality product, as always from ON!!!
