The MuscleTech Nitro-Tech 6-Pack is six 680 g tubs of MuscleTech Nitro-Tech whey protein powder, sold as a single order by Xplosiv in New Zealand — 4.08 kg of powder in one go. Each tub is labelled a formulated supplementary sports food, and every serve carries 30 g of protein, 6.8 g of BCAAs and 3 g of creatine monohydrate. You choose the flavour of each of the six tubs separately: Chocolate, Vanilla, or a mix.

MuscleTech · Nitro-Tech

Six tubs. One order. Stocked for the whole block.

Built for lifters who already go through a tub a month and would rather stock a whole training block than re-order it four times.

Why people buy the six

What the 6-pack actually gets you

  • 4.08 kg in one delivery — six sealed 680 g tubs, so you open one at a time and the rest stay factory-sealed until you need them.
  • 30 g of protein per serve — from a whey protein isolate and whey peptide blend, with 6.8 g of BCAAs in that total, including 3.3 g of leucine.
  • 3 g of creatine monohydrate is already in the scoop — monohydrate is the form used in the large majority of published human creatine trials [1].
  • Lean per-serve numbers — 150 kcal (about 630 kJ), 3 g carbohydrate of which 2 g sugars, and 2.5 g fat.
  • Six independent flavour picks — each of the six slots is chosen on its own, so you can run all Chocolate, all Vanilla, or split them.

What the 6-pack saves against six single tubs

  • Six single 680 g tubs at their current shelf price of $59.95 each $359.70
  • This 6-pack, as one order $300.00
  • You keep $59.70

That works out at $50.00 a tub. The comparison is against the price we are charging for the single 680 g tub right now — open it and check it yourself. Single-tub pricing can change; this comparison is reviewed by 31 October 2026.

The formula

Why it works

Buying protein one tub at a time is where consistency goes to die. You finish a tub on a Tuesday, the next order lands on a Friday, and three training days go past on whatever was in the cupboard. Stocking six tubs removes that gap entirely for the length of a full training block.

Protein does the structural work. Nitro-Tech is built on a whey protein isolate and whey peptide blend, delivering 30 g of protein per serve. Protein supplementation alongside resistance training supports gains in muscle strength and size, and the benefit tracks total daily protein intake rather than any single product [2].

Creatine does something separate. Each serve also carries 3 g of creatine monohydrate. Creatine monohydrate supplementation supports strength and power output in high-intensity training; the maintenance dose used in the research is 3–5 g per day, so one serve sits at the lower end of that range [1].

The doses are printed, not hidden. Every figure above comes off the panel: 30 g protein, 6.8 g BCAAs broken out as 3.3 g leucine, 1.8 g isoleucine and 1.7 g valine, and 3 g creatine monohydrate. There is no proprietary blend hiding the amounts.

Ingredients

Isolate Protein & Peptide Blend (Whey Peptides, Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate 97%), Whey Protein Concentrate, Natural and Artificial Flavours, Gum Blend (Cellulose Gum, Xanthan Gum, Carrageenan), Soy or Sunflower Lecithin, Beet Juice (Colour), Salt, Enzyplex (Papain, Amylase), Calcium Carbonate, Sucralose, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Acesulfame-Potassium.

Allergens — contains milk and soy ingredients. Processed in a facility that also processes wheat, egg, tree nut, peanut, fish and shellfish ingredients. If you avoid dairy or soy, this is not the protein for you.
About these figures: they are MuscleTech’s reference panel for Nitro-Tech. Amounts can vary slightly between flavours and whenever the manufacturer updates the formulation, so the Nutrition Information Panel printed on the tub in your hand is always the authority. Serving size and the number of serves per tub are printed there too.

How to use it

  1. Read the scoop, not the internet — serving size is printed on each tub’s panel and can differ slightly by flavour.
  2. Shake it cold — one serve into cold water or milk; most people start around 300 ml and adjust from there for thickness.
  3. Fit it to your day — total daily protein matters more than the clock, so use it wherever it’s easiest to hit your target [2].
  4. Open one tub at a time — keep the other five sealed, cool and out of sunlight, and check the best-before date on each.

Is the 6-pack for you?

Built for

  • Lifters who already know they like Nitro-Tech and go through a tub a month
  • Households with more than one person drinking protein
  • Anyone who wants protein and creatine monohydrate in the same scoop
  • People stocking a defined training block rather than re-ordering monthly

Not for

  • Anyone who hasn’t tried the flavour yet — start with a single tub
  • Anyone avoiding dairy or soy — this contains milk and soy ingredients
  • Children, and anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, unless a healthcare professional advises it
  • Anyone already taking a separate creatine product without checking their total intake

Other pack sizes

Not ready for six? The same Nitro-Tech is listed as a single 680 g tub if you want to settle on a flavour first, and as a 2-tub pack or a 4-tub pack if six is more than you’ll get through. The formula is identical across all of them — only the quantity changes.

FAQ

What exactly arrives in the MuscleTech Nitro-Tech 6-pack?

Six individually sealed 680 g tubs of MuscleTech Nitro-Tech, which is 4.08 kg of powder in total. Each of the six tubs is selected separately at checkout, so you can order all Chocolate, all Vanilla, or any mix of the two across the six slots.

Does Nitro-Tech contain creatine?

Yes — 3 g per serve. Each serve lists 3 g of creatine monohydrate alongside 30 g of protein, shown on the panel under “Scientifically Studied Musclebuilder”. If you already take a separate creatine supplement, count this 3 g toward your daily total rather than adding it on top without thinking about it.

Can I mix flavours across the six tubs?

Yes, all six are chosen separately. The pack is built as six independent selections rather than one flavour choice applied six times. Chocolate and Vanilla are the two options, and you pick one for each of the six positions before adding the pack to your cart.

What are the allergens in Nitro-Tech?

It contains milk and soy ingredients — whey is a dairy protein, and the formula includes soy or sunflower lecithin. It is also processed in a facility that handles wheat, egg, tree nut, peanut, fish and shellfish. Always read the allergen statement on your own tub before use.

How much protein and how many kilojoules are in a serve?

30 g of protein per serve. One serve also provides 3 g of carbohydrate including 2 g of sugars, 2.5 g of fat, and 150 kcal, which is roughly 630 kJ. Serving size in grams is printed on each tub’s Nutrition Information Panel and can vary a little by flavour.

How is the 6-pack shipped, and does it ship free?

Free nationwide delivery. This pack sits well above the store’s free-shipping threshold, so delivery is free, sent with NZ Couriers. You can also choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick it up in store. Full timeframes are on the shipping and delivery page.

What if I don’t like the flavour after buying six tubs?

Flavour dislike is a change of mind, not a fault, so it is not automatically refundable. Unopened tubs may be accepted as a return at your own shipping cost. That is exactly why we suggest trialling a single tub before committing to six. See the returns page.
