Allergens — contains milk and soy. Made from whey (milk) with soy lecithin, so it is not suitable for anyone with a milk or soy allergy, and it is not vegan or dairy-free. It is made in a facility that also handles wheat, egg, tree nuts, peanuts, fish and shellfish. The Chocolate Peanut Butter flavour is peanut-flavoured — if you have a peanut allergy, check the tub's allergen panel before use.

Mix it in seconds

1. Shake it up. Add 1 scoop to about 180 ml (6 oz) of cold water or skim milk and shake for around 10 seconds. Milk gives a creamier, higher-calorie shake; water keeps it lean.
2. Time it around training. A common approach is a serve between meals, and before or after exercise, to help hit your daily protein target.
