These pancakes are low in carbs, gluten free, and quick and easy to make. Simply add an egg and milk to the mix and you are ready to cook! Enjoy with your favourite toppings and fruit for a crave-worthy breakfast that’s healthy enough for every day.
Easy to make:
- Place 35g (1 level scoop) of mix into bowl
- Add 1 egg and 50ml of milk of choice
- Leave to activate for 5 minutes
- Heat a hotplate or frying pan on medium to high heat
- Lightly grease. Spoon the mixture onto the hotplate
- Cook for approximately 1 minute on each side or until fully cooked through
- Allow to cool, add your favourite toppings to serve
